Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the GlowLuxe online store and purchases made on it. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Products and prices

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency. Shipping is $8.99 for the Essential pack and free for the Glow Bundle; the final cost is always shown at checkout. Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly.

2. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Payments are processed securely through the store's payment providers. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

3. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns

See our Returns & Refunds policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

5. Product use

GlowLuxe is a cosmetic self-care device, not a medical device. Use it according to the instructions. Do not use it if you have an eye condition, are pregnant or are photosensitive without asking your doctor first. Do not look directly into the LEDs.
